Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Duatoto ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "duatoto"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the duatoto online gaming platform, including all services, features, games, promotions, and content offered through the website located at duatoto.cam and any related mobile interfaces.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on duatoto, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the duatoto platform and must refrain from registering an account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of your agreement with duatoto.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on duatoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the platform. Duatoto enforces a strict 21+ age policy and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. You must not be subject to any court order, legal guardianship arrangement, or other restriction that would impair your ability to enter into contracts.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of duatoto complies with all applicable local laws. Duatoto makes no representation that the use of its services is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside its operational territory.
4. Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered account on duatoto at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5. Mental Capacity: You must not be suffering from a gambling addiction or be registered on any self-exclusion scheme at the time of registration. If you have previously self-excluded, you must not attempt to re-register without following the proper reinstatement procedure.
6. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly notify duatoto of any changes to your registered details.

Account Registration

The registration process requires you to provide your full legal name, date of birth, email address, contact number, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your account access with any third party.

Duatoto reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not constitute a guarantee of access to all platform features; certain features, including withdrawals, are subject to successful KYC verification as described in Section 5.

Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering principles and responsible gambling obligations, duatoto requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. KYC may also be requested at any time duatoto deems it necessary for security or compliance purposes.

Required Documentation

• Primary ID: A valid Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Passport, or Driver's Licence (front and back).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the preceding three (3) months confirming your registered address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear, unobstructed photograph of the account holder holding the primary ID document.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, evidence that the payment method used for deposits is registered in the account holder's name.

Verification Timelines

Standard KYC review is completed within 24 to 48 hours on business days. If additional documentation is required, duatoto will contact you via your registered email address. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until KYC is successfully completed. Duatoto is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing attributable to incomplete or inaccurate KYC documentation.

Deposits & Payments

Duatoto accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods listed on the platform at the time of deposit. Accepted methods for Malaysian players currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost Wallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

• Minimum deposit amount: MYR 30 (or equivalent in supported payment method).
• Maximum single deposit: subject to the limits displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the duatoto account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Duatoto does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside duatoto's control.
• Deposits are credited to your account upon successful confirmation from the payment processor. Duatoto is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Duatoto reserves the right to reverse any deposit that is found to be fraudulent or made from a payment method not registered in the Player's name.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of verified real-money winnings subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• The account must be fully KYC-verified prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds must have been fully satisfied.
• The withdrawal request must not exceed the Player's current available withdrawal limit.
• The account must be in good standing with no open security flags, unresolved disputes, or pending compliance reviews.

Processing Timelines (Indicative)

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost): Typically under 5 minutes following approval.
• DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: Typically 5–15 minutes following approval.
• Direct Bank Wire / USDT TRC20: Typically 15–60 minutes following approval.

Processing times are indicative and may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. Duatoto makes no guarantee of specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

Bonuses & Promotions

Duatoto offers various promotional incentives to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fully satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiple (e.g., x10, x15, x20) will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Cap: While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted bet per round is typically MYR 250–500. Placing bets above this cap while bonus funds are in play may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino titles typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Game-specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within the window stated in the relevant promotion terms, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of activation. Expired bonuses are forfeited without recourse.
• Sticky Bonuses: Certain bonuses are designated as sticky (non-cashable). For sticky bonuses, only net winnings derived from the bonus are eligible for withdrawal; the bonus amount itself cannot be withdrawn.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some promotions impose a maximum withdrawal limit on bonus-derived winnings, as stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Duatoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already accrued by Players who have legitimately claimed the relevant offer.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion or the use of automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on duatoto are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type. By placing any wager, the Player acknowledges and accepts the rules governing that specific game or market.

• All betting and gaming decisions made by the Player are final once a bet has been confirmed by the system. Duatoto does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in cases of manifest technical error on the part of the platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game session, any unsettled bets will be resolved according to duatoto's technical fault policy, which prioritises fairness to the Player.
• RTP (Return to Player) figures published for slot games are theoretical percentages calculated over a statistically significant number of rounds and do not guarantee specific returns for any individual play session.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds accepted at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Duatoto reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a pricing error, data feed failure, or technical fault that resulted in materially incorrect odds being displayed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the duatoto platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your account.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or artificial intelligence systems to place wagers on the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means, including but not limited to stolen payment credentials or fraudulent banking activity.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

Account Suspension & Closure

Duatoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC within a specified period, suspected fraud or money laundering activity, use of the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, or the Player's own request for self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, duatoto will endeavour to complete the review within a reasonable timeframe and notify the Player of the outcome via their registered email address. During any suspension period, the Player will not be able to access their account, place wagers, or request withdrawals.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting duatoto's support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following standard KYC verification, subject to any outstanding bonus wagering requirements. Bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.

Responsible Gambling

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any licence or right to use any intellectual property belonging to duatoto or its partners.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the duatoto platform without prior written consent from duatoto. Unauthorised use of duatoto's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, duatoto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling outcomes, including any jackpot or progressive prize that was not paid due to a technical error beyond duatoto's reasonable control.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or internet service providers.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.
• Any loss or damage arising from the Player's breach of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Amendments to These Terms

Duatoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, by notifying registered Players via their registered email address.

Your continued use of the duatoto platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 11.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which duatoto operates. Any dispute arising between duatoto and a Player shall first be addressed through duatoto's internal dispute resolution process, initiated by contacting the support team via live chat or the designated support email address.

Players are encouraged to raise any complaint or dispute promptly and in good faith. Duatoto will endeavour to resolve all disputes within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the parties may seek resolution through the appropriate legal mechanisms available in the relevant jurisdiction.
